I had a mattress years ago that I loved but had to get rid of due to the size being too small and then they were no longer making that same mattress; I told Sam which mattress it was and he helped me to identify the closest product, and it’s spot on! As a back and side sleeper I have a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck and my new bed has already helped a ton. Shout out to Sam for knowing the products so well, and for his great customer service!”
