Poor customer service, rep starting cussing at me, slammed the door went into the back room. Manager did finally helped get me a new phone ordered. That young man needs to be fired immediately.

Eric was amazing, super knowledgeable about the offers and payment options and answered all of our questions. The best experience I've ever had and he was the main reason I switched to at&t service.

We've been having HORRIBLE service and coverage with Verizon. I think the manager's name was Eric - he was SUPER nice and helpful in getting us switched over to AT&T! We were in and out of there in less than half an hour. Already impressed with the quality of service and coverage over VZN. Great store ran by a great guy!

That guy that works there is so rude & does not Attend to you he keeps you wanting is disrespectful & rude to customers I have now walked out twice as he has back chattedRude rude Person that has no respect to clients

Not crazy about this location. First of all, they have so many scent plug-ins that it's intolerable for more than a few minutes. I've given it three tries over the past year and it's always the same. Not as helpful as other stores, either.

I needed a new phone and I’m no tech person! I got the best and friendliest help from Erik at the Tiffin, OH store. No question was too silly for him to answer and he transferred all my information from my old phone to this one, flawlessly! I went back the next day and an equally pleasant and skilled young man hooked up my phone to my car for hands free calling. I’m really impressed and pleased!

I went to the store to replace my daughter’s phone that stopped working. Not only did Eric take the time to try to fix it, but when he discovered it would no longer work, he thoroughly explained all of our options for purchasing a new phone. I’m the end, I purchased two new phones and accessories. He explained everything and was so kind, friendly, and patient as I had lots of questions and he always had the answers to put my mind at ease. If I could give more than a 5-star review, I would. I felt like I was his top priority when we were in there. Thanks for a great experience Eric!

Lady in the store worked a whole hour overtime just so that we could get our phones very much appreciated great store
