Good food. But very disappointed I've been there several times before 7:30 and they already have ran out of stuff. Fajita, cheese, lettuce, corn salsa, tomato salsa. How do you expect to stay open till 11 running out of stuff. Should not have to pay full price when we can't get everything we want or they give you half of scope so it last longer. Think I'll just start going some where else. Not worth the price with the amount of food you get.

The guy marcus was outstanding, he gave off the brightest energy and wasnt skimping me on anything. The girl who checked me out was also fabulous and they seemed very happy even though i came on 3 minutes before close:) they are one of the best customer service run ins ive had!!

Let me start by saying, I don’t ever really make review posts and I don’t like to complain about companies online. I really hate to come off as rude or “Karen-y” but I really feel like people should know.I have been a proud patron of my local Chipotle for many years. Not only have I been customer, I’ve been a rewards member. In my yearly Chipotle wrapped emails, which I receive for being a rewards member, my total purchases have placed me in top 1% of customers.This has all come to a screeching halt as I have gotten recent food poisoning from my local restaurant. I’m not sure exactly what ingredient got me sick, but I have reason to suspect it was the steak as I couldn’t stop getting sick until all the steak pieces came out.I’m certain it was the meal from Chipotle because everything else I had eaten that day was in a group setting with my family, so others would have gotten sick.I called my local Chipotle and let them know and they had no comment, in fact they said a quick, “Thanks for telling us,” and hung up.I got a refund for my order going through customer service, but I’ve had to take today off work because I have a fever of over 101 degrees and continuing symptoms. Beware!

My food hardly has any food in it. Steak tacos with no steak in them. Awesome. Usually come here twice a week but I'm done. Service and food has been getting worse the past 2 months or so.

Horrible portions!!!! Their prices are crazy anymore for what you get! They want to charge you 2 times the amount and give you literally half a scoop of protein. I'm done with this place! Place is freezing too! They need to update everything from top to bottom. Staff. All of it.

Meats were well cooked and salsa/guacamole was fresh and good. The service was nothing out of the ordinary but it was good. The building looks new and the inside is nice. Probably one of the nicest looking chipotle's I've been to. I don't really understand all of the bad reviews!

Ordered a quesadilla. There was literally no cheese on it. Zero. They ran out of cheese. I got a chickendilla :(

Food is good but service is awful. Do not order online, I always have to wait for the line to clear before telling the employee about my mobile order and then wait for them to make it. Doesn't make sense when the whole point of ordering through their website is to skip the line.

Went to pick up my online order and had to wait 30 minutes past the time of pick up before my order was ready. Looking at the staff...no one was moving with a purpose, or even seemed to care that there were customers waiting. We have been ordering lunch from you guys every Thursday for the past 6 months, but in the 4 weeks...3/4 orders were wrong, and then today...I had to wait 30 minutes past for my food...which (by the time I got back to work) put me past my lunch break.
