This place has gone down hill. Their drink area is always messy, drinks out of service, no lids, sticky, dirty area. Staff is not friendly, always seem annoyed. I have started driving across town to other locations... it is inconvenient buy at least they are clean and always stocked.

Have 2 people working and can't open a lane. Had to use self checkout, don't like to because someone lost a job to put that in.

The employess are rude, slow and more concerned with something else. The store is always dirty and a mess. Never stocked boxes sitting everywhere. The self check out never works correctly and I do not like being forced to use it for it has caused problems with our bank cards like double charging or cards, charging it not able to take charge off and even had both cards get hacked.

A short older lady working there is probably one of the rudest people they could hire to deal with the public. It feels like you are imposing on her time when she rings you up. Then, she shoves the stuff at you without even asking if you want a bag. Something in her life must have gone terribly wrong to be stuck at a job she hates. Would only recommend dealing with her if you're trying to figure out how to have a bad day.

An older woman whom I believe is a night manager was extremely rude. She was complaining loudly about someone buying lottery tickets while we were checking out with another cashier then threw our merchandise on the counter. She then proceeded to berate the the other employees in front of a store full of customers. I feel sorry for the employees that must work with her.
