Always honest and fair. They do quality, outstanding work, and great communication with customers. Usually a wait to get work done, because they're that good, and they work with you to get you in sooner when they have cancelations.

Awesome Service, Prices are unbeatable for services nowadays. I had my Chevy Colorado there multiple times and they have done a very thorough job diagnosing and fixing it 1st try. I have now taken my other 2 vehicles here for services and fixes and its just as flawless. They have a lifelong customer as long as they continue this.

I have gone to courtesy auto from the minute they opened their doors..always have given me fabulous service..my car did not start at tiffin mall one time and they were closed but mechanics still there .they came right over and got car started....talk about customer service..!!!
It has never changed from the beginning ..they would take me to work and pick me after ...a mechanic lived on my road, 8 miles from tiffin..he picked up my car and brought it home...even if I didn't work that day....wish I could give 20 stars and more.
TRY THEM...YOU WILL BE SHOWN THE WAY IT USED TO BE....WHEN PEOPLE CARED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!
