Always understaffed, always screwing up scripts, always issues. CVS cancels scripts doctors pulling their hair out. Phone keeps ringing saying scripts are ready but THEY NEVER ARE...

Very slow service through the pharmacy pick up window. I have waited 5+ minutes before even being acknowledged. Takes at least 10 minutes to get your prescription

My husband and daughter were in a car accident in February. Our previous pharmacy wasn't letting us know that there was an issue with insurance until we attempted to pick up the prescription and it wasn't ready. That wasn't the first time we had issues with our previous pharmacy. We called CVS to see what we needed to do to switch and they made it so easy and got his prescription ready in about a half hour after getting the information from the other pharmacy. We are extremely pleased with CVS and super happy we made the switch! Thanks, Tiffin CVS!!!

I went in today for two prescriptions. They were busy as they could be, a bit short handed too. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful even as they were stressed. One woman even helped me find a cheaper medicine. Congratulations to the staff on being top notch!!

Very unhappy with how I was treated by Pharmacy staff the pharmacist they always make you feel like your a bother to them when a patient's wellbeing should be first!
