Not great. Service time is terrible. The food is good. Coffee is only good about 30% of the time. I have waited for carry out for 30 minutes before. Recently, I went two days in a row. The first day I left the line because it was around the building and after being there for ten minutes, the line stalled and didn’t move for over five minutes. We left without getting anything. The next day I had a mobile order in the drive through. The line was incredibly slow and then the service was not great. My food was not ready when I got to the window even though I ordered ahead. The worker got my food then say nothing besides asking for my name. When you get your food it’s great, but service always is bad no matter what day of the week. Used to be great a few years ago but has greatly gone downhill.

I'd love to give them 5 stars, but the last several times I ordered 2 coffees and 2 donuts they forgot my donuts. Then told me those donuts are out when I asked about them. The coffee is good though, and the people are friendly! They always fixed the issue quickly.

Tiffin can't run too far on sugar alone, but often only coffee and donuts are available here, not the other half of the menu (food); though you don't know until in line to ask (& usually not). Service has been exceptionally slow and still not correct (cold drink instead of hot + missing items): Disappointing.

The girl that works there Sara is very rude. I walked in and had to wait 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. When she finally helped me I didn’t get a hello I got what do you need today . The place was disorganized and a definite mess I will not be returning.

I usually drive through the drive- through. I mostly order the cream filled, & glazed donuts. Prices are reasonable.

Took me 25 minutes waiting for a DRINK in the drive thru… and because of how it’s designed you cannot exit the drive thru early (like if you have to abandon ship and get back to work). If it was a one-off occurrence I would overlook it, but it’s not. Happened the last several times I’ve visited both drive thru and walk in for a carry-out. Food is one thing, but just having a drink isn’t acceptable for me to wait that long. Sorry not sorry.Update a year later: decided to try this out again.. faster service but man those employees were not nice.

I have been to this location a few times. Most times it’s okay, but my most recent trip really irritated me. I went through the drive through and ordered a refresher with green tea. I pulled through and paid and the second my card was handed back they told me they didn’t have green tea for my drink. I’m extremely confused as to why they would wait until AFTER I paid to tell me this. They made my drink with water instead and it was undrinkable. I understand supply chain issues, but waiting until after I pay to tell me about not having it really really irritated me. I’ve had consistently bad service here and waited in long lines when the place does not appear to be understaffed.

This place has really gone downhill. The employees are extremely immature, they are rude, and won’t make drinks the way they are supposed to be made because they are “short staffed”. So is everyone else, we wait in line to not get what we want then employees are just like “oh well”.

My girls and I walked here from the Ford dealership while we are waiting for them to look at my car. I got a gift card for Christmas and somethings wrong with it. One of the awesome employees here bought donuts for the 3 of us. Thank you so much ?

I’m not the type to give bad reviews to somewhere but my Tiffin Dunkin experience has been awful. The last time I went I didn’t get the correct donut that was on an online order, if you don’t have a donut let me know and I will change it based on what you do have!! Don’t just throw a random donut in my bag. This was brought up on the review survey that the app does and nothing was done. I went today through the drive thru, I ended up getting stuck for over 40 minutes, I ordered 2 donuts which I could’ve gone inside for but decided to be lazy. Once again I did not get the donuts I had asked for. When I called they said they were running out which I understand but again, Basic customer service, ask me what I’d rather have!!!!
