(Online orders) Awful buy from anywhere else.... Their customer service is horrible. Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor he also doesn't care and says he can't do anything.... Never buying in store or online ever again .. Purchased two games never received them after 3 weeks they decided to just issue me a refund which I still have not received...

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I bought a $200+ controller from them yesterday just to try it out and ended up not liking the layout of it, so I went to return it. Just to find out that you can’t return an item to GameStop that was opened, the only thing I did was take the seal off of the box and they wouldn’t even let me use it as a trade in! There was nothing wrong with the controller, never was I told by the person working the counter on the previous day that this was how returns worked either. I bought a warranty on it as well because I figured I could return it if I didn’t like it or if I did and something went wrong it had warranty. I could have bought the same controller at Walmart for the same price and return it within a week and the only reason I didn’t was bc I figured it didn’t matter why in the world would I not be able to return an item that I had bought yesterday and there is nothing wrong with it. If I bought that singular item and never opened it for 15 days I could return it but that’s it. Nobody is going to buy one item in specific they are looking for and just stare and the box without even trying to use it and say yeah I don’t want it. The fact that they wouldn’t even let me use it as a trade in when they have used items there blows my mind. Worse game stop and customer service I’ve ever had somewhere! Would highly recommend spending your time somewhere else and not at this useless location.

I usually am not a fan of gamestop but our Tiffin gamestop is different. The employees don't badger you and are knowledgeable.

Always have a great selection of games, collectibles, and cards. Staff is pretty nice and doesn't hover your shoulder.Only complaint is that the associates really push you on buying the PowerUp Rewards card.. which is fine I guess. But as a casual consumer that only comes in occasionally when I don't find what I'm looking for at Walmart or feel like ordering it from Amazon, it's really annoying being asked, saying no, and that having to listen to their 5-minute spiel about how much savings I'm losing out on when I already said I'm not interested in it ?♂️

As the local game place has gone down hill drastically I once again turned back to gamestop. I'm so glad I did as my local gamestop(tiffin, Ohio) is all around amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection on games and accessories and the ability to pre order special items.
