The lady there acted like might presence alone was an inconvenience wouldn't even acknowledge me after a 40 min wait no one but me in the office tiffin ohio I have been with h&r four 5 years straight I still am but I drove an hour away back too Norwalk one just because of it I gave the lady zero attitude and I got 100 percent bad attitude back mean while I pay 400 dollars in tax withholding too h&r ya make money off me that's a huge chunk totally un called for year 2023 around 10am

Did not get the same service as other H&R blocks the man I had didn't even listen or hardly respond to my questions and the charge more than other H&R. Very slow ?
