“I took my parents about a week to get new phones and join my family plan. We were 2nd in line on a Monday morning right when they opened. There was a gentleman ahead of us and he was super rude and agitated. Heidi and her coworker educated him on the policies and billing fees with his plan changes. This customer continued to be rude and agitated, but Heidi and her coworker remained calm and continued to try to help the customer and asked him to leave if he wasn't going to calm down and respect them. I love the Tiffin Vectra store, they are always so helpful and bend over backwards to help customers. I always appreciate their clear information, help and respect. I always recommend this store!”
