“There is a pharmacist who is not very nice to the technicians here... It doesn't take much to have patience and understanding when things get hectic. Many times, we face situations where people can't get things done as fast as we'd all like, but we should still be kind. The tech was wonderful to me, even though she was being cut off when speaking and scolded like a 3-year-old in front of customers. Props to you, girl! Keep being your awesome self!!”

“I’m not sure why this pharmacy has bad reviews. I’ve never had any issues with my prescription. The staff is fast, kind, and understanding about getting things done. I had antibiotics called in for me and I went to the pharmacy knowing they weren’t ready but they escalated the prescriptions so they’d get done faster since I was in store. I’d give 6 stars if I could!”

“The store was very clean, the colorful produce and flowers are a great touch in the entryway. Everything looked fresh and I was able to take advantage of some specials.
What I loved the most is when we got to the checkout. It wouldn’t scan my Pellegrino waters. So the person in charge of that area comes over and looks at the bottle and was just curious as why it wouldn’t let me scan water. She asked me how much they were and she had to ring it in manually. Since I’m not a member I wouldn’t receive the discounts, she said wait here. She got me a membership card, scanned and saved me a few dollars. She was so apologetic about the water! She was so nice. I decided to go to customer service and spoke to Joel! Phenomenally nice person as well, I wanted to add my phone number as who carries physical cards anymore. If this is what we have to look for at our local Giant Eagles that will be great. I hope they keep their employees but they feel happier working there.”
