Went to Subway today to try their new pretzel side kick and they don’t even have cheese to go with it. How can you sell soft pretzels and not have some dipping cheese? I already gave up Subway a long time ago when they raise their prices, and no longer had five dollar foot-longs. Went to try and give them another chance and they failed so I walked out.

The Best customer service. Got exactly what I ordered and was treated very nicely. The Gal serving me was terrific. Clean store. Will return again when in Tiffin area.

We like to stop at Subway 1/10/23 @11:15a for something different than the usual "fast food". I was pleased with the service and food. The employees worked like a fine running clock. They know their work and did it very well. Yes, I let them know. It has been a long time since I have had great service from any Subway that we frequent. I hope these employees see how much they are appreciated.

DO NOT ORDER OFF THE APP!! STILL NO REFUND. I ordered last week off of the subway app, waited around at work and never received my food. I called and they said “door dash never picked it up and that I was welcome to come and get it” I paid around $8 alone just for delivery fees and ordered online because I COULD NOT pick it up myself. I waited the 5 business days and sure enough the money was taken out of my account. Subway manager told me they couldn’t handle anything because door dash was claiming they no longer pick up ordered for them. Which means SUBWAY would be in charge of my refund right? On my bank statement it says “Subway.” Well clearly not the case. Spoke to two managers and they kept telling me to wait another 5 business days to see if door dash would refund my money. It’s been such a run around and it’s just absurd to me they refuse to do anything about it and I’m supposed to just wait. WILL 100% not be visiting this subway again unless something is done.
