“Bob at Integrity Automall is awesome. We bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic from him back on October 25. On October 27th it broke down on us. Called him the next day and he said bring it back and they’d look at it. I got back to him that following Friday and he said that because we bought it as is we’d have to pay labor and parts for what was wrong I said ok and left it with him. Called him the following week and found out it was the oil cooler that they have that can be problematic. He got ahold of me this past Friday told me the car was ready and when I asked what I owed, he told me he wasn’t going to charge me. Which totally struck me as amazing because I did buy the car ‘As Is’. I recommend if you’re looking for a car that won’t break the bank, go to Integrity Automall in Tiffin. Bring treats for the puppies!”
