Online said no appointment needed. Walked in and was treated rude. Left, sat in the car, scheduled an appointment. Arrived the following week at appointment time, greeted with a friendly face, interview was prompt efficient and friendly. TSA number was in my email the next day! Take away point-schedule an appointment.This was NOT a drug screening it was TSA pre check
