I used this company for 7+ years when I 1st became a customer a older gentleman owned it. He was great. Nice and friendly. Unfortunately he passed away and since then this company has become a JOKE. Not sure if it's family owned or cooperate owned but The office people are incredibly rude and lazy. They raise there prices without warning every 6 months for some kind of stupid excuses. They install cameras, fence, whatever your rent goes up. It used to be clean and nice. When I just moved my stuff out it's was cover in mouse poop and pee, moldy because the roof is letting water in. Not a big deal it's a storage unit but really ticked me off is when I moved out I cleared all my stuff out. I told the gentleman in the office it was cleaned out but there was a bag and handful of trash I was going to ask if he had a bag or something but he said no worries he'll get it for me and email the confirmation that is has been cleaned out. Never got it. Almost a week goes by and I call. Come to find out they didn't cancel it and the rude woman on the phone told me I still had things in my unit. I told her no it was cleaned out. She said no there is quite a few things in there. We can clean for you for a $25 a fee! Lmao. Another reason why I quit using them and never will use them again. This place is a complete joke. Whatever they can do to make a dollar.

Ridiculous! Reserved a unit online, they took my credit card payment but I was not able to move in by the time needed. I was told their offices are closed midweek, so you cannot contact anyone about any problems you may have. I needed a code to even get into the gates, so after reserving online I was sent an email that someone would call , but of course they didn't because the office was closed. Even when they opened, there is no way to contact the manager, who does not bother calling you back even after numerous messages. I'm glad I did not get mixed up with them any further, this was just a foreshadowing of how very poorly they run their business.

Great facilitiy, been around many years. Love it since they paved all the areas around the buildings, no more dust.Staff has been responsive.

I had my RV stored here for the last six months. During that time my RV was damaged twice. The first time theives stole my catalytic converter and the second time someone cut the fence next to my RV and tried to break into it. The locks on my Storage bin was damaged by someone trying to pry it open. I do not recommend this facility.
