“This is a good (not great) insurance agency. They are very helpful finding discounts such as a discount for being Farm Bureau member. There is also a discount for direct payments from your bank. I stopped by a few days ago to talk over my coverage. I was there at 9:45 and the sign on the door said they open at 9 am. Nobody home. So I called them later and one thing I discovered was I had full coverage on a 8 year old vehicle. I didn't set that up that way.”

“I was stranded in the Meijer parking lot when my car failed to start. I walked over to AAA after the car failed to start even when attempting to use jumper cables. Initially, I was informed that there would be no way of towing the car from its current location, so four of their employees walked over to the Meijer parking lot and pushed my car over. Turns out the issue had to do with the alarm system and because needs to be resolved by the dealer, they did not charge me for the diagnostic, but they did get the car to start. Wonderful service. There is no question that this will be the only place I take my car for any repairs in the future. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks, guys.”
