“I was really happy with how everything went! This was the first time I had gotten my blood taken in around 10 years, India was who helped me (highly recommend) and I didn't even feel the needle! I had a lot of stress building up before the appointment so after all the blood was drawn I did feel woozy and ended up passing out. Luckily my husband was with me and carried me to the other room to lay down while I was out. I just have the say this staff was INCREDIBLE! They jumped right into action to help me and brought me water, fanned me, ice packs, you name it! I felt so embarrassed afterwards and this team really reassured me. The front desk lady is also so nice, not very common to see, and she really made me feel I was in the right place ? I will definitely be going back here again :)”
“The staff is always very nice and personable. If you don't have an appointmen, the wait can be very long. Since making appointments and doing the "wait where your comfortable" it allows me to sit in my car and wait for my appointment, skip the crowded waiting room. Parking can be hard, too, if it's busy.”
