Menards in Tipp City is a clean store with a variety of items and a great selection of reasonably priced paints. The garden section is loved. Customer service experiences vary. Many employees are noted as friendly, efficient, helpful, and awesome, providing great service and making customers feel special by helping them navigate, find items, and with order pick-up. However, some feedback states the customer service needs major work, citing instances of an employee with an attitude. The product selection is viewed as okay.
All the employees are very helpful and friendly. They have the best quality lumber of the big box stores.

I had a great order pick up experience. The person grabbing my order brought 2 separate orders to me even though I only checked in for one. Efficient. Brenda at the yard exit was very friendly and i appreciated her customer service. She made us feel very special.
