Thank you, Randall Residence of TC! Our loved one is taken care of wonderfully. From her physical, medical or personal needs, she’s tenderly and professionally cared for in the best possible ways. Thank you to Shelli, Lori, Mandi, Sonja, Olivia and all staff tending to our mother. We are so appreciative of the delicious foods and snacks offered as well as our total piece of mind because she’s so happy to be a part of your safe and spotless community. Thank you!

I worked there and the only real problem I had was there were some aides and nurses I felt were very unprofessional. I would like to give a very special lady come credit for all of her hard work and dedication though. HOLLY if you read this keep being the amazing light that you are and I will forever be grateful I got a chance to work for you!! You are one of the sweetest women i have ever met!

Would Like to Thank the employees at this facility. To name a few Olivia, Lori, Kaylee,Tracy, Mandy, Holly, Megan , Morgan and all of the Aides and Nurses for taking good care of their residents. Food Services also deserve a kudos for a job well done. I appreciate the kindness and patience they have shown myself and Barb at this challenging time.

If anyone were to ask me, I would recommend this place to them. Mom went into Randall and had all of the love, compassion, and care we could have ever asked for. Not only are the staff amazing, but the facility itself is beautiful. It is a great community, and if you are looking for a place for a family member, or yourself, it is a great choice.

Both my Mother and Father are both residents at Randall and our family can't say enough great things about the facility and staff. Lori the Head Nurse is always there to answer any questions that we as a family my have. My Dad loves to eat,and he can't say enough good things about the food and the quality of care he receives, he always says there is no better place to be then Randall. Highly recommend them!

RR-Tipp City is a warm and inviting assisted living. The staff within, make their residents the priority. From the moment one walks in and is greeted warmly at the welcome desk, to the clinical staff always eager to help in every way. Randall Residence Tipp City gets 2 thumbs up from me!!

On 12 /15/23. I attempted to post a negative review about this facility and the company based on my personal experience. I do not believe that it’s coincidence there are no negative reviews on this page as apparently, the page administrator will not permit negative reviews in an effort to prevent the public from being able to make an objective decision about this facility. it is an attractive, well maintained facility with some caring and compassionate staff. I found the executive management to be inept, incompetent and nonresponsive to complaints and concerns. Therefore filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Department of Health. I strongly recommend anyone considering placing a loved one in this facility, do the due diligence and explore other options.

Wonderful facility!! Very neat clean and organized! Management staff Connie was ver knowledgeable and very friendly. The director of nursing Lori very over the top and professional along with her assistant. These ladies run a very well organized facility!!

I want to say thank you to Randall Residence of Tipp City, particularly Becky who helped us through the process of placing our mom. She was compassionate, helpful and supportive during a very difficult and emotional time for us. Our mom is very happy and enjoying all the socialization and activities that are offered. All the staff I have come across have been helpful and friendly. Thanks so much to all the Randall employees. The Marshall family.

Becky and the team at Randall Residence made to move for my mother easy and gave the family comfort in that mom would be taken care of properly. From the information provided, helping us through the process and moving in to the staff taking the time to learn mom's name and going out of their way to seeing that she has what she needs, the staff has been great. It has only been a few days and mom is making friends with the residences. I only hope that when the time comes to move her closer to me, I can find a facility and staff as good as Randall Residence.

This used to be a great company to work for, but not anymore. Upper management will tell you one thing then do another. They recently sold a bunch of buildings and still owe their employees in those buildings A LOT of money! They promised checks would be cut two different times and still nothing! Sad to see this happen, but greed has taken over.
