Not what you’d expect for a Shell standards. Restroom was filthy. With signs that ask you not to make it dirty. Doesn’t look like they clean it at all.

Great selection of snacks, drinks etc. the staff is always friendly. I make it a point to stop there every day during lunch

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT STOP HERE!!! Stopped here on 10/21/2024 at 1215pm. Disgusting, revolting, nauseating, bathrooms. Sink was demolished all over the floor. No hand sanitizer. No tp. Had to ask cashier for both but didn’t want me to take the “employee” sanitizer. Needed it to make the bathroom useable for my mom. If it was just broken, ok, put a sign on the front door restroom out-of-order, but disgustingly dirty. I had my 82 yr old mom with her walker so tough to turn around and go back in vehicle, go to another place, to do all over again. And she certainly isn’t going to walk thru this dirty store to the counter to use hand sanitizer. The store floor was filthy, dingy. The walk-in cooler doors looked like slime was wiped on them by everyone. As someone said in another review, how does this place pass health or fire inspections? GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The worst Shell station I know of they do not properly honor your Shell Fuel Rewards. The pump would only give me 10¢ of my 25¢ off per gallon in fuel rewards. The pump even displayed a message asking if I wanted to use my 25¢ of per gallon. I canceled the transaction went in and asked the clerk and he just told me it will only give me 10¢ off. I knew he was wrong so I went to another Shell station and received my full 25¢ off per gallon.

I’m pretty sure owner answered when I called to ask when the doors will be unlocked , he was very nice and greeted us when he got here right before opening up. We appreciated him being nice so early in the morning !!!

This gas station is a joke. Bathroom is always got some sort of problem. It's either out of service or there is no hand soap or toilet paper. Cardboard boxes piled by the back door or left all over the floors in the coolers. Owner jacks up the prices of everything when the stations across the street sell the same items for some times $2 less. Only ever one person working there per shift. The slushy machine sat turned off with old products in it for almost a month before they got emptied. The coffee sits there all day. They don't make fresh unless someone has the time to wait on it. Price of fountain drinks is crazy. Not sure how this place passes the health inspections or the fire department inspections.

Is it policy for your employee to come outside and yell at your customers? I spend nearly $150 a week at your store but after today, 5/19/24 @ 9:am, I will never step foot into your store again.

Very nice staff, I hate going to speedway because of the customer service and the turn over rate with there workers.The shell is always super friendly and they remember who you are and will try to order anything you need if they dont already carry it.They also have alllll the bang and monster flavors and never run out of anything like speedway!

This is a very clean gas station. I know some people have said they stopping coming here because of the incense burned in the store. I assure you as the main employee here we do not burn any incense in the store. More do we spray anything. The smell that use to be in the store was an employees cologne. And he no longer works here and we have worked hard to rid to store of the smell of his cologne. So for those who stopped coming due to the scent of the place please come back. I promise the only smell in there now is either the floor cleaner or bleach from me or the owner or new employee cleaning the place daily.

I used to shop here for drinks and snacks on my daily commute. But lately all the food and drinks taste the strong odour of the incenses they spray or burn in the store. This makes me pretty sad as I like the staff and products. All together I’ve stopped shopping there entirely. I know several others that have stopped shopping there for the same reason.
