The ATM took my check Sunday after church. Machine said error occurred. After multiple calls no one's willing to look into it from a computer screen. I can't pay my mortgage and fix my car without my check. I think this will end a 20-year relationship. US Bank will not let me file dispute because it's not pending yet. My opinion is if it's pending then I don't need to do nothing and it should be a couple days after. Six days later nothing. Very unhappy and disappointed....... I did call and file a dispute Saturday 6 days later. They said it can take up to 90 days. I don't want lip service I just want my money. $550 and something cent's using card last 4 3904 at 1230 on 1/14/23. Last 4 social is 0201. Thanks.... 12 days no money. Let's see how long it takes ?

Literally not one customer in the location but got told to make an appointment and come back, i go in the website and it tell me that i can do walk-in. ??? Do better and dont play with people times.

I have utilized the usbank in Tipp City for over 15 years. Throughout management changes the quality and customer service has remained excellent. Years ago I was so impressed that I actually wrote a letter to the CEO of US Bank. To my surprise I received a response hand signed by the CEO. he made it very clear that customer service is their number one priority. I later found out that he also reached out to the district manager and branch manager to commend them on their excellent customer service. I recommend them highly.

If I could give them 0 stars; I would. I just had the WORST banking experience in my life. I pulled through the drive through to cash my check - after 20 minutes was questioned as to "Who is XXX"(my employer who issued the check), then asked "Is this your first check?". No, it is not my first check. I have banked at this location for years. I have been employed by the same company for years. I bring home the exact same amount on my check every week. If they would have looked at my account, they would have seen that. Instead I watched as my license was passed around, multiple people reviewing a check; and so forth. Over 20 minutes to cash a check? That is ridiculous. One other car in the drive through 15 minutes after I pulled up, and a total of 2 folks who came in to the counter. I presented a valid employment check, my debit card, as well as my valid license. The way I was treated was a disgrace. It would have taken no more than 2 minutes to look at my account and see the consistent deposits for the exact amount. So - I pulled out the majority of funds in my accounts, and will cease my relationship in a few days. Shame on you US Bank Tipp City.
