I wouldn’t recommend anyone get a truck from USA / pro lease . These trucks are terrible and have many problems and you will be held responsible for the repairs. They only give you one week without payments on a truck that has extended issues, the first week doesn’t count because you’re only driving for two day then the next week you don’t have a payment, but the third week you do have a payment, so pretty much they lie and say three weeks no payments when it’s really one week you’ll see and ok check. The guys at the shop have no respect for drivers issues . Management doesn’t care to much . Pro lease will never answer your phone call. I haven’t been able to driver in over a week . I’ve only had the truck for 3 weeks . How can you expect to keep a driver . Once we see the truck has issues and we can’t make money we will literally leave the truck on the side of the road. These truck need one full month of no payments and 2 months of engine warranty. I’ve never been to a company that has such bad trucks within a week or two .

If you are no longer with the company, upper management will wrongfully input why you are no longer with the company as "Hours of Service" violation which makes it hard to get work elsewhere. I've been attempting to get them to correct the error for 4 months. Safety employees know I didn't have an HOS violation, because they looked it up in the system, but they can't change it in the system. They gave me Mike S. and Dave Barnes phone numbers and neither answer the phone to correct the error. I've been getting the run around for 4 months to correct the issue to no avail. It's not right how they treat their drivers. I stayed on the road for over 6 months straight, no home time and they screw me over like this! Outside of a bad driver manager and the issue with wrongful input, working there was fine. I left due to my day time driver manager's ego trip over my working with after hours DM instead of him and he tried to force me to drive tired after I had driven the night and early AM hrs before. When I refused, he got me fired and wanted to strand me far away from my home. Stay away from Kurt Smith in Fleet 13, he's trash.

Down to earth people n may not look the best but their is integrity n honor n "family feel". I love the look but I am a Hardcore lover of Patriotism. The trucks are not colorful but pure looking n that's what I love.

Realistically USA Truck Inc has always been very attractive amongst the other companies in the trucking industry. This company cares about you and that speaks volume. I’m happy to be apart of a growing company that sets a standard above and beyond experience for drivers representing the brand and name. I’m grateful and appreciative of the opportunity to grow with this company. If you about doing the job correct with a supportive team that’s efficient. This is the company to align with.

Great yard for us drivers. We hardly ever get much time to enjoy these facilities, but it's nice when you can grab a couple hours of pampering with a shower, truck repair, clothes getting washed and perhaps a conversation with another human being
