Horrible. Never have a car serviced here. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. No one ever returns phone calls. Service department is a total joke. When the repair job was done ( 4 and a Half months later) it wasn't right at all. Now I have a key fob that doesn't work, and another to start the car. Can't get into the trunk now. But, I had to accept it because I have to have a car. The long wait with no car cost me my job. They didn't even clean the leaves covering my car, it sat so long leaf imprents are etched into the paint. They don't even try. Be warned. Stay away from them.

My fiancé and I have been trying to reach out the the service manager since August with no avail. I have called several times, emailed and I even showed up there to speak with him and was met by a guy who wouldn’t listen to me and proceeded to talk over me and tell me over and over again “ you need too call and make an appointment “. I told him several times that I have called and that particular day I called 3 times with no one in service to pick up or transfer me to his VM. I emailed the service manager last week with no response. I just need to complete the steps with fixing the peeling paint that’s been happening to the pearl white paint of my Honda before it gets worse and I’ll be on my way. I do not like going through these reviews for a response but I think I’ve been patient enough. Please reach out to me

Guys in the service department are clueless. Advisors have to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Take your vehicle anywhere else but here.

Voss honda delivers great customer service every time but especially phenomenal service was delivered the last time I was there! I especially appreciate Amy and Wes in the service department for thier work in making sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly. They truly cared and went above and beyond anything I could have expected.

I drove there to buy a new car and was told the car I wanted was sold two days previously. I emailed a couple hours prior to going there in person to confirm it was still available. I received an response with a link for available vehicles and the vehicle was listed as available. Thanks for wasting my time.

I have bought a few new cars since COVID started. Out of all of the dealerships I have been to, I had the best experience with Voss.Mark Chroniak was my salesman. We were able to communicate and agree on pricing over emails ahead of time. My car became available and he let me know right away. Delivery was seamless with no pressure in the finance office. Kudos to Becky as well for making this a pleasure experience. I would recommend Voss Honda to everyone. It was definitely worth a trip to Tipp City for me driving from Cincinnati.

Had my car towed in on a Monday. Told me they would look at it the next day. Called Wednesday at lunch time and they hadn't even looked at it yet. When I reminded them what they said on Monday the response was "we have a lot of cars towed in." Service called 35 minutes later and said it was done. Charged me $96 dollars to update the transmission software on the "computer." This is all they did after it left me sitting on the interstate at 80mph. I have bought 5 cars from this dealer and have NEVER been impressed with their service department.

I brought my pilot in for some service on 3/28/2023. They took care of the problem and it was under warranty so no cost to me but I am grateful for their honesty and not trying to tell me something else was wrong with my vehicle to make extra money. Customer for life thanks see you next oil change

One of the few dealerships that are not adding additional fees due to high demand. We worked with Kevin, Mark, Sarah, and Mike and they were friendly, accommodating and not pushy on the upsells. The service staff did a great job getting the car sealed and cleaned up for us. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others and will be back again when we purchase our next vehicle.

The best dealership I have ever been to. The salesperson, Brad, was very helpful and laid back. He answered all of my questions and helped me decide which car was best for me. It was definitely worth the trip to Tipp! I highly recommend!

Took my Honda for service here. I totally recommend this shop! Got there one hour sooner and they took my car in immediately to start working on it. Nick took the time to explain some things on the dashboard I did not understand. Thank you so much for all you did for me today! Cannot thank you enough!
