I took my 2023 Camaro, with just over 1,000 miles on it, to Warrior racing. I had them detail my vehicle so that I could put it up for the winter. I picked my.car up on 11-17-23 and drove it straight home which is only about a mile from the shop. I put my vehicle inside my garage upon arrival. On 11-22-23 I went to put my car cover on. That’s when I found a scratch on the top of my trunk lid. After seeing that I started looking around the car. I began finding more damage. I found a scratch on my rear bumper, the edge of my spoiler and hairline scratches down the driver side. Not sure how they scratched the trunk and bumper but the hairline scratches and spoiler are an obvious result of the detail. The hairline scratches and spoiler are in a circular shape. I attempted contact with Warrior on Wednesday and Friday but no one answered. I’m assuming it was due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I made contact on 11-27-23. I left a message and was told I would get a call back the next day. No one called. I called again on 11-28-23. I was told they would speak to the owner about the problem and that I would be called back. I was called back and was told that the person I initially dealt with would call me back the next day as the owner wanted him to deal with the problem. He didn’t bother to call me the next two days so I called back on the 30th. I was asked to bring the car back so they could see the scratches. I told them that I would do so but only on a nice day since I had just paid them to detail it for winter storage. I drove the vehicle back to the shop on 12-4-23 for them to look at. I pointed out the damages. I was told that they couldn’t have done it because they didn’t use any machines and everything was done by hand using brand new towels. I told him that the damage was NOT there before they had my car. He said he would speak to the owner and get back with me afterwards. After not being contacted for a week and a half I called back on 12-14-23. I was told that he spoke to the owner and there’s no way they caused the damage. He said they couldn’t have because they used brand new towels. I informed him that they did cause the damage as it wan NOT there before they got my car. I even reminded him that he said he had “personally” inspected the vehicle prior to them working on it and didn’t see any damage. He then commented that I had taken the vehicle from there lot and drove it before claiming it was damaged. I reminded him that I drove it straight to my house and into my garage which the mileage would prove. I asked if he was trying to say that I had caused the damages by driving my car home which is a mile or less from there shop. He said you drove it and mentioned the time it took to notify them. I reminded him that they were notified and it wasn’t my fault that he was the one that didn’t care or return my calls. So bottom line is I have a brand new car, with barely a thousand miles on it, that has been damaged by what is supposed to be a reputable business. I paid them to detail my vehicle for winter storage and now I get to pay for their damages to be fixed. Please make sure you inspect your vehicles, with them present, when you drop them off and pick them up!

The team at Warrior Racing took on my project that turned into a bit of a mess and I needed a professional to finish it. Tony worked on my car and was extremely knowledgeable about the Nissan platforms. We ran into some issues with the kit being installed on my car but the shop was willing to hold onto my car and get the job done right until the end. I would highly recommend Warrior Racing to any of my friends that need a simple mechanic or someone who can highly modify your car.

My 1975 MGB needed tire balancing. The ROStyle rims needed to be balanced on a lug centric balancer. This is the only place in Miami county that does that. They also informed me that one of the TOYO tires was defective. Nice, since I bought them in August of 2021, and 4 were dated 2019, another 2018. Another lesson learned. Buy in person, not off the internet. The B rides like a dream now.Special thanks to Tony.

I just had My vehicle detailed today from Warrior and let me tell you "Detail" is what they do, every detail is addressed and paid attention to the vehicle ours was a 2018 Audi Q5 that we bought used in 2023 and wanted to get straightened out. The delivered results were fantastic, I can shave using the reflection of my face in the paint. The interior looks and smell like brand new car. Thank you Warrior Automotive, I highly recommend you to all that need a detailing with attention to detail.

Just had them install a new stage 2 Calimer MT-82 for me along with a Mcleod RST Twin Disc clutch in my 13’ 5.0 after the stock MT-82 said bye bye, and I’m more than happy with it, now time to break in this new clutch! I cannot wait.Services: Transmission

Tony & Alan always go above & beyond with service. They are always friendly, professional & top notch. I don’t know why anyone who owns a vehicle would take it anywhere else, short of warranty work of course.

Just had the skid plate on my 07 Jeep Wrangler replaced by Warrior Racing & Automotive. Needless to say, the old skid plate was rusted through, bolts and all. They did a fantastic job of replacing it, and even added some rustproofing on the part I supplied, as I was worried about a repeat performance. Professional, nice, and prompt!

Proudly Fly the largest Trump flag by 75. The list of people commenting are the first and last names of January 6th insurrectionist participants. One of the ways Ohio gets away with its racism is to back racist business owners like this one.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality\nThe staff at Warrior is very professional. The shop is well lit and clean. They were able to align my car with a custom suspension. No shop would give me the time of day, but when I spoke to Warrior they said bring it on up we do custom suspensions all the time. They have since done work on my truck. They are true car guys, as they have a race team also. You'll see full on race cars to soccer mom vans in the shop on any given day. I highly recommend them.\nServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Wheel alignment
