This store leaves old sale signs up and charges full price. One clerk became irate when I pointed this out to them. Prices are wrong on shelves! Ask to check prices!

I have been visiting this store for more than four years. This is a very popular convenience store around the UT main campus. I often see a lot of UT students like me and employees stopping by for coffee, cold drinks, snacks and others.
Employees usually greet every customer.
Pizza, coffee, cold drinks, water, chips, doughnuts and instant noodles as well as some canned foods are available here. You may find cellphone charger cables, caps, gloves and other accessories.
There is an ATM booth if you want to withdraw cash.
Tobacco, beer and wines are also sold here. You must show your ID for the purchase.
I have also seen the store owners kind enough to serve free coffee to homeless people if they didn't have enough money in pocket.
Public restroom is not available here but in case of emergency they can allow you to use the Employees only restroom.
Seven eleven coffee is one of my favourite ones!

Hello my Name is Havalah Israel I'm reporting miss use in people who have EBT, I live in a college based area in Toledo Ohio . I went to Vista 7/11 on January 21 12:03am and service by a white lady named Joann who looks like she in her mid to late forties as I'm checking out my brother grab some Cold Chicken that's in the refrigerator area like all of the other refrigerator items, as we ask the lady Joann do she takes EBT she says yes my my brother places the COLD chicken on the counter to purchase with EBT as we do so the lady said we can't purchase this cold food.with ebt but we have to buy it with cash enev though it's cold , I go to ask her why is that when the other food I purchased with EBT she says because we have to cook it for you ,yet this food is already sorted in 5 piece and sealed off sell and also just sold cold chicken cash to someone they didn't offer to warm it up either. I brought that to her attention and she proceeded bro sell it illegally denying my right to buy cold food off EBT that 7/11 say they take that EBT/ government guidelines are buy cold foods ONlY off EBT yet they charge My only cash this seems fraud like either warm my chick up and cook and sell it properly or take EBT since it not hot.I will be reporting this too the better business bureau as well there making college kids life harder and it's confusingStore is located in Toledo OhioOn Bancroft this is a miss leading store

Wish I could have given this place less than one star had their personal assistant hung up on me after I had someone I know call and ask about a job like you couldn’t have said one moment I’m busy and put the phone off to the side ridiculously unprofessional wonder why they don’t have any workers

only this store doesn't pick up the phone no matter what fucking time it is i can call every other 7/11 in the city and they pick up within 3 rings , ive been calling this store back to back for an hour and i go in and dude is just sitting there . comical.

The morning shift is very unprofessional always a bit racist and very rude sazik and the other guy there should not be running that store in my opinion and I'm sure everyone else around the area would agree the night shift are more then helpful more then friendly and deserve to be paid and treated way better then they are I'm sorry but that store is unreal and I will be standing outside to let everyone know

As always this 7 eleven guy working in morning or afternoon should learn to show respect. Bought a vegetable oil, on the rack it had price tag of $3.59 but the guy charged me $4.59. First of all Thanks for false advertisement. and when you inform them about the mistake instead of apologizing he said it is $4.59.Thanks for best customer service. Gracias.
