The workers are wonderful, the owner however leaves MUCH to be desired. Cleanliness and having enough supply to meet the demands of regular and new customers alike. Kudos to the hard workers who have to put up with the craziness.

DO NOT buy or exchange propane hereWe went there exchange a propane tank brought it home hooked it up to our gas grill turn the propane on then turn on our grill lift lit the grill in the propane tank caught on fire. It was the scariest thing I have ever delt with. It took me and my husband almost 9 mins to put it out with water. I will never go here again.

Just moved to Toledo a few months back and I went into this store and experienced the most upsetting and intentional act of discrimination! I never experienced someone so rude, unprofessional, and downright racist! I went into the store and there was no waiting at the counter. Upon arrival to the counter, the cashier had her back turned to me doing paperwork which was totally understandable. I stood there patiently for a few minutes assuming she will come and take care of me because I was in clear and plain sight however she did not even bother attempting to turn around. I then called out to the cashier, "Hello! Excuse me!" She ignored me! I continued calling for her and she never flinched, she deliberately ignored me like I wasn't there. Even the other customers who were directly behind her, turned around to look because clearly if they heard me, she could hear me. I continued saying, "excuse me ma'am, excuse me ma'am and she continued ignoring me! I was so outraged I exited the store however I did not exit the parking lot because I knew that she would instantly return to the counter once the other customers who were right finished their shopping and that's exactly what happened! She smiled greeted and rang up those customers! They didn't even have to get her attention! All the while I had to continue calling out for over 5 minutes and was disregarded like I wasn't even there! My friend decided that she would go in to see what her response would be now that she had customers (white customers) who were already in line! True enough, once my friend got to the front of the line after those white customers who were greeted politely, smiled, joked, etc.. when it got to my friend, the cashier not took her sweet time putting the money in the register pretty much prolonging having to assist my friend and the insult to injury was.. she wasn't greeted with hello or how May I help you.. she turned away then barely looked back over her shoulder saying "what is it that you need?" WOW!!! This is what 7-eleven is teaching it's employees and clearly approving this kind of behavior! I not only called in regarding this matter but I also wrote corporate and no one even had the courtesy to return my emails nor calls! Clear and intentional racism and discrimination! Disgraceful and disgusting and had I been just as disrespectful and degrading, I'm sure I would've been the villain! It's needless to say I won't ever be visiting this store or any other 7-eleven stores because they don't feel that African-Americans matter in their facilities! I tried to get her name but of course she had no badge on but I will describe her as the white rude old bag stuck in the Stone Age that should be fired immediately!!

Store is dirty, has cats all over outside and sometimes even inside the store. Stock is never caught up and almost never has what I am there for.

The grocery selection is sorely lacking. Also when I tried to check out the system was down for processing SNAP so I left empty handed.

I’m seriously about to call the health department on this place they don’t sweep they don’t mop they don’t disinfect and they wonder why Covid or cold & flu could be so high or any diseases that could ever be out there at this point this store is a hub for diseases of all types they even allow a cat which my friend has pictures of to sit inside the store and they call it the neighborhood cat how disgusting their tan tiles are black nobody cleans in here and it just shows that they’re employees are disgusting as well

I stop in from time to time and don't try to make it my normal stop. It used to be a better store but now everytime I go I see drug addicts in the parking lot begging for money people in the store acting like fool's it's not worth the headache
