Bought an electric dryer from them. Had issues with it right away and I called, Bud was very helpful and came out and repaired it. Then a 2nd time it done the same, AGAIN, Bud came with a replacement dryer. Super people to work with. Would definitely go back if ever needed to.THANKS YOU ALL THERE !Andy on Mansfield

Horrible customer service! We thought we were okay buying a washer from them and when I got it home it shook the whole house,with the warranty we took it back with our broken washer to get repaired and they kept it for over 24 hours and said it was fine. The washer we brought them to repair they charged me 30 something to run a load of clothes they it and told me it was fine when the drum is clearlyn not in it correctly. Dont waste your time with this mom and pop shop.

When I was there, there was a small selection with high prices for large household appliances with high prices, and the equipment was not even cosmetically prepared. I say this in comparison with similar used equipment stores in Florida.
