I would give 0 stars if i could. Signed up Friday cause I had an emergency tow and paid $90 for the service, I then had to pay $65 for same day since it wasn’t in effect yet which is understandable. He showed up, tried to charge me $95 because the woman at AAA did not do her job correctly. She also told me false information that I used 3 of my 5 miles, which left me with 2 miles. The tow truck was almost an hour late, I broke down at 6:30 and didn’t get home until 10pm. I was on a dangerous busy street in a no parking area with a half of a tank of gas spilled out under my truck. I could not get it towed to where it was getting fixed, because it was 10pm on a Friday. I requested a tow today through my app, to get it towed less than 2 miles to the location where it’s getting fixed. He showed up, told me it was $102 to get it towed because it was at home and not towed straight to the mechanic. He listened to what happened and tried to get it waived, he could not so I had to call myself. They were absolutely no help, because of “policies”. Instead of charging me a lower amount to tow it today, they decided to lose me as a customer and I didn’t even receive full refund for the service I paid for due to a $20 non refundable fee. They tried to charge me $170 for 2 tows that were less than 5 miles, in total I would have paid over $200 for this if I went along with the $102 fee today. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! Money hungry company, be careful not to get scammed!

I had a tire fall off in a highly car area in a round about. They made this a priority tow and I've been waiting 3.5 hours for a tow and still haven't shown up. Almost got hit 5 times this is ridiculous 😒

This is by far the best AAA experience I have EVER had!! Dennis and Andrew are GREAT!! Dennis went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when buying a used car and completing my used car inspection. His compassion and care is untouchable. I would recommend them every single time! Andrew was just as supportive and got me back in for my 2nd car check with no issues. Thank you all for being trustworthy and caring!!!

Really pissed that I took my car here today to get an oil change, they upsold me on some struts (which I knew I needed and the price was decent they charged so I went ahead and got them), spent over $1k on this work and now my d*****d vehicle won't start up.
Started off bad since I "thought" I made an appointment when I called yesterday and spoke with a man who told me to come at 7:30 in the morning, he took my name and number and when I got there this morning they had no record of my appointment. I looked at my phone to make sure it was the right AAA I called yesterday as Dennis who was at the desk said maybe I called Jackman (I didn't even know they had one on Jackman). Phone number was the same as the one on Alexis that I was at. I had also wanted a diagnostic done this morning and was told that it wouldn't be able to be done.
Long story short got a call to get my vehicle and rep above asked me if the vehicle ever had issues starting. It never has and is a very reliable car. I only took it in because I'm going on a trip and wanted to make sure everything was okay with it for the trip. He told me they had issues getting it to start the first time but after "wiggling" the key/fob it came right on. I got there not too long before they closed after they called. Went to start my van and it wouldn't start after 6-8 times I tried. Tried on the last one and I called them from the vehicle cause they were closed at this time and they answered and I told them that something was wrong cause nothing like this happened to my vehicle before. I think they messed up some wiring when they did the work.
When I got home someone was parked in front of my house so I had to wait for them to move, went out to try to move the van in front of my house and now the van won't start at all and I"ll have to get it towed to them to "fix" again. This is VERY disappointing. This was my very first time at this place. Persons were nice there on the phone and in person but just a lot of...I can only say mess with the appointment mix up. Good price on the struts. I'm hoping they will fix this and make it right and not try to charge me more money for diagnostics.
