For some reason I was told that I couldn’t make a return at this location, if I bought it at another location. Called the location I bought it from and they said appliances can be returned to any store. Also found out that they don’t take returns at all, if the product has been opened (unless it’s defective). Even if it hasn’t been used.

I called here this morning, asking about a memory foam pillow top California king size mattress that I need to purchase. Tim answered the phone and seemed preoccupied with everything except for what I was asking about on the phone. I basically had to twist his arm just to even see if they had any of these specific mattresses on hand that I could purchase today. He left me on hold for a total of three minutes got back on the phone told me “yes we have plenty of those mattresses. They range from $1100 and go up from there“ mind you I had specifically asked for a monthly price quote on the mattress because I am interested in financing it to build my credit yet again he seemed very rushed and preoccupied with everything except for what was happening on the phone! He did, however, have the audacity to tell me to stop In and asked for Tim today and he could get me squared away lol. Tim- If they happenstance, I were to stop in there today. I would definitely not be using your name as the person that I would want to sell me the mattress As a person who is worked on commission, her entire life, I can without a shadow of doubt say that TIM You will not be getting commission on my sale! Maybe this will teach you that next time people that call in over the phone with questions are equally as important as whatever you had going on when I happen to call in today!

It's ok, just ok. It seems they used to have better selection and prices years ago.
Update 5/10/24 this visit was much better. Got a great price on a name brand gas dryer. Thumbs up to my salesman Michael P. for making the transaction so easy

Paul was very helpful, professional, and made buying a new washer quick and convenient. I knew exactly what model I wanted, and I appreciated that he was willing to answer questions over the phone and wasn’t pushy or trying to show me a bunch of other products when I went in to purchase the washer. Furthermore, Paul did a good job of setting expectations of what to expect on delivery day, and the delivery drivers showed up on time and were very efficient with installation.

Stopped in on Super Bowl Sunday looking for a specific model TV but it was out of stock. The Manager came from around the counter and seen he had a few of the upgraded model. They gave it to me for the same price because I wanted to watch the game that day. Very good service from Greg and Mike.

I have now purchased three major appliances from this store, each one from a salesman named Gurdev Paul. He is very nice, knows the products, and takes care of you. I hope I don't need any more appliances any time soon, but if I do, I will be going back to Gurdev Paul at ABC Warehouse.

Had eye infection and could not go to store. I called as I needed a gas dryer and the only one was a floor model and the salesman Paul sold it to me. My son went to pick it up and it had a dent in the side. He took advantage of me. BY some miracle they found one in the back that was still in the box. DO not trust Paul . Deal with another salesperson.

Went here to look for a new mattress for my daughter. Couldn't find the prices on a few of them, not a very big selection outside tempurpedic mattresses. The 2 mattresses we finally did settle on were both out of stock. Went over to American fright next door and got a mattress there. Much better selection and everything we were looking at was in stock aside from special order mattresses.

Have purchased many items from this ABC Warehouse over the years. Dishwasher, 3 Refrigerators, Two Stoves, Washer / Dryers..... so many items. And the common thread to all has been the outstanding help from Salesman extraordinaire, Customer service Guru, Mike " Pappy " Papenfus. He has always been there to guide in not only chosing which item would be the best for our needs, but which would be best for our wallet as well. From paperwork to aiding in loading our car Mike has been the man. . We will be back time and again as the need arises. Thanks Mike!!

They have so much more in store than online, don't have the same as the site shows!Really the sales not only acknowledge you coming through. They kind of hang and linger as you're looking! They are a bit to attach to you as soon as you in the door! Which isn't really bad for some people, but I'd like to have a little more space to browse the store, but having someone over your shoulder so to say! Not to comfortable having someone hovering over, like a predator, or close like I was going to steal or damage something! Need to back off an let customers browse!
