I would recommend not doing business with these guy's. They sell cars as is knowing all the problems the vehicles have.i bought a dodge journey and it wasn't a week before I was paying money to the shop to fix.when I first got the car they told me if I had any problems they would get it over to AAA which in the end I payed the bill.Now I'm having more problems and leaking oil which I was told was a previous problem but now realized it is an assisting problem. Called today and was told that they are not mechanics and don't know what to tell me. It's a shame you have people prowling on people hard as times are .plus they're charging me an arm and a leg for the vehicle that I'm constantly fixing . And How is it misleading I took it to where you guys told me to take it to and they found the problem and charged me. Now I have more problems that they're going to charge me again. 14000 is what you guys charging me for a 2010 dodge journey that I'm already having to fix things since I got it so how am I misleading

Windshield trims flew off the day I was driving it home, when I contacted them they kept saying it was sold as is and it never happened in test drives as if I purposely took them off or broke them. Was told to bring them in and they'd see what the could do but I definitely got a feeling I was going to be wasting my only day off to get no help when he just repeated it was purchased as is, and how it hadnt happened before.Now it's only been 2 weeks and the cars heat doesn't work. I get the feeling I'm gonna be putting more money into this then it's worth. What a great feeling two weeks into purchasing from here.

I am very happy with my mini van that I purchased. I had some minor problems come about but Steve was right on it. You can purchase a new or used vehicle and it can break down at any given time it's a vehicle. I am thankful and greatful that I went to American auto Gallary to purchase my vehicle and that Steve was my salesman.

My car was over priced and half of the window motors only worked for a day or two ya know until the sell was over no help was given to solve these problems. on the 31st day things under the hood began going out left and right And I certainly spent more money fixing the car then I did buying the car the owner was great whenever discussing problems but the worker Kevin is aggressive threatening and only cares about making a dollar if you call with any questions or concerns Be sure to deal with the woman or the owner because KEVIN HAS NO BUSINESSES IN ANY TYPE OF HOSPITALITY WORK AND REALLY NEEDS AN ATTITUDE CHECK/ HOSPITALITY COURSE!!!!!!
