I have had a terrible time at this apple. I drove an hour and half to go to this apple d/t my wife’s phone not turning on. My wife has been without a phone for two weeks now because of apples recovery period for your Apple account. Her phone is less than a year old. I showed up at the Apple Store and I was told they would have to send in the phone in to Apple and we would be receiving a new phone by Tuesday ( I went to Apple on Saturday). We called last night and they told us that the phone had just left there store yesterday (Monday) and we will not being getting a new phone by Tuesday. To top it off, the guy at Apple on Saturday had said the phone would be sent to our residence and we were informed yesterday that it will actually be being sent to the Apple Store in Toledo, which is an 1 1/2 hr away. We have had a terrible experience with Apple. We have had different information given to us from geek squad, Apple stores, and Apple support. No one is on the same page. We live out in the country. Minimal neighbors and we have new born and a 2 year old at home and my wife has no phone because Apple won’t replace the phone that is broken. If something would happen, she is without a phone and no one is around. It is disheartening the lack of support and good costumer service Apple has given us. I pray that other Apple users don’t have to go through something like this.

Took my daughters phone in because the screen went out. After reviewing my account, they sent me to T-Mobile my provider because I have warranty protection. They could’ve just taken my money and fixed it, but they did not do that.. I had to go back to the store so they could help me reset the phone to factory in order to buy a new phone. Casey was amazing as well as the rest of the Team. They’re helpful and truly want to help. Thanks guys!

Casey G was awesome! He was super understanding of my concerns and extremely helpful with my MacBook situation even tho it stopped acting up once I got there he ran some tests and fixed the issue I was having! Probably the best customer service I have received in a long time! Definitely will go back if I have any more concerns!

Repeated failure to make some calls on my new iphone 15 I traced back to an incorrectly configured Dual eSIM which in turn traced back to a rushed set-up by the specialist at the Apple store.

Before you buy their products checkout this.
I bought a phone case and it damaged.
I had warranty of course and by the way I don’t learn my lessons.
Buy cheap stuff way beter then Apple products.
At least it live longer and you can more of and still cheaper.
I advise anyone before buying anything from Apple Store.
The excuse they have the item did not meet the requirements lol lol ? I really can’t laugh

The workers there is very nice alway have a smile on the face thanks bill and the senior supervisor for helping me Saturday and Sunday they fix my iPhone 14 Plus and I wanna apologize when I got upset at they store it was my fault they are awesome there I wanna also thank Deandre they was all awsome thanks again
