I love coming to Aroma! There’s always a short waiting time and I never leave unsatisfied! The staff is super friendly and makes sure I’m taken care of. This is the number one place to come get your nails done for sure!

Mary did an amazing job on my gel manicure! She’s very sweet, takes her time, and perfects her skill. Mary and Vanna give excellent customer service and are pleasant to deal with. I’ve been to many many nail salons over the years and really appreciate a job well done!

I went to this place on 9/6/2025 for acrylic balance and pedicure the guy that did my pedicure seem to be in a bad mood and he did a rushed job it wasn’t relaxing at all. The female for my nails she asked me if I wanted my nails cut shorter I said no so when she was filing them I had to tell her to stop they were to short she also burned me 3 times with the electric file on my left hand I paid with no tip I will not be returning!!!!! Back to Serenity Nails forsure !! My nails are very uneven!!!!!!!

I am so grateful to everyone at this lovely nail salon, especially Sofie. She did such a stellar job on my nails! I’m staring at them while typing this review! She is so kind and creative—going above and beyond, suggesting different color variations, chrome, etc. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you, Sofie, and to see you work your magic on my previously rough looking nails. I will be back! :)

This place is amazing!! Got my nails done for my wedding and they turned out perfect. She made time for me to get my nails done as a walk in and paid attention to details very well to match the photo I showed her. Everyone was so nice too, I'll be back!

my daughter was charged OVER $70 (before tip) for a full set here with clear polish, even though it is advertised as $55, depsite having extremely rude customer service every single visit. the owner's kids talk over you, spill drinks next to you, and sit and stare at you while you are (over)paying for a service? last time she had to go back in because the actual nails were so horribly done...for $70... in toledo... this place is a rip off. tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every visit has been nothing short of horrible.
