I do not recommend doing business with APC. The customer service and follow up from inquiries says everything you need to know about them. When i first bought my house the previous owner emailed the APC rep he was in contact with to notify him that we wanted to maintain service with them since all the equipment was installed any way. No response. Shows how much the sales people value the company. Second attempt to get a quote and get service, customer service transferred me to sales person. Again NO RESPONSE. Who is APC hiring to sell their services?? Kind of a joke. But all good i'm a very satisfied ADT Security customer now. Thanks for helping me make my decision APC.
