I assumed the store was open til 9......my fault on that note showing up at 758 when they close at 8. But as I pulled in, I could see the employees staring down my car. One mustve ran up and locked the door as soon as I parked. Bcz the door was locked and employee was just a few steps away from it. Now I didn't expect them to stay open for me or anything but a quick "hi were sorry, we actually close in 1 min. But we're back here tmw at yada yada time etc". But too quickly lock the door and just watch me get denied was kind of just rude. Not good customer service is the main point. I already just got off work and yeah just really rubbed me the wrong way.

LISTEN!!! If you are having any trouble with anything ask for Tyriek. Customer Service was outstanding. Very knowledgable. Last thing I’ll say is my family flew into Toledo for a week, having Version. We left with at&t. ASK FOR TYRIEK!!!

We had a lot going on with the dynamics of our account and they were able to answer all out questions and were patient with us and getting everything squared away! Thanks again Alexis and Tyreek! My experience in the store went quite well . Jacob the tech that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful, he explained thing in detail and may sure I understood. Koodles to the AT&T store on Monroe before Franklin Park Mall.
