I have been with AT&T for over twenty years. It bothers me that these telecommunications companies do not really have to provide competition or incentive to retain you as customers. If I felt I could get a better “deal” from a competitor, I would have left AT&T years ago. That changed last week. My phone had been lost/stolen last week and I needed a replacement, the sales associate, Tim S. at the AT&T Franklin Park Mall, Toledo Ohio, could not have been more helpful or sympathetic. He got me a good deal on an upgrade, made excellent recommendations, and expedited the whole process. Great Salesman. AT&T you should give Tim S. A raise, bonus and a promotion, He just saved you a customer.

I came in the store yesterday to upgrade my old iPhone to an IPhone 15 Pro Max. The representative that helped me out named Morgan, being really helpful. I get home to switch my information into my new iPhone. The messages just wasn’t coming through so I called apple, to see it might be a minor issue. I get on the line with Apple technical support, I noticed my phone number got changed by one digit. Then I called AT&T customer service been on the phone with them for approximately 2 hours. They couldn’t help me further assist me, so next day I came in the store he didn’t apologize to me at all. I told him I want it credited to my next bill and I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to come to that location!! The representatives don’t make customers happy at that location. I will not return to that location at all. Morgan is really horrible as well being employed with AT&T

Wasn’t worth going in to get phone activated, tech had issues. Was led to believe it was working, however that wasn’t the case. However, their computer generated AI wanted me to share my experience.

Edit: Was charged $550 because the district manager ignored her employees requests for help taking the charge off for 3 months. Working on reversing the payment now. If we can’t reverse the payment, she said she would give us $650 off of our 24 months of payments which would equal $27 off our bill every month but I need my $550 for bills RIGHT NOW! Don’t go here. Go to the store at 4906 Monroe St. instead.
