Wasn’t worth going in to get phone activated, tech had issues. Was led to believe it was working, however that wasn’t the case. However, their computer generated AI wanted me to share my experience.

Edit: Was charged $550 because the district manager ignored her employees requests for help taking the charge off for 3 months. Working on reversing the payment now. If we can’t reverse the payment, she said she would give us $650 off of our 24 months of payments which would equal $27 off our bill every month but I need my $550 for bills RIGHT NOW! Don’t go here. Go to the store at 4906 Monroe St. instead.

So I thought I was helping my dad by getting att for him ...it's been 4 months and they still can't keep it straight...every pay day I go through this with so someone on the phone...how hard is it to keep one account and my account together..Thier stuff keep being on my account or vis to....why can't they just figure this out.....come on people

We actually went in to ask a question about an old phone, not from a t & t. Justin tried, but he couldn't help us, not his fault, it wasn't an a t & t phone and it was just too old, but he spent time with us, trying to help us out. We were very impressed with Justin's kindness and helpfulness. We are considering getting a new phone service, and because of Justin, a t & t is a company we will look at.

Bought a new iPhone for my daughter, got bad advice for setting up the new phone from another store. Somehow locked my phone up too. Came into the store and Justin got me fixed back up and got our phones situated. Highly recommend the guys at the store friendly, helpful and willing to try everything to figure out the problem.

Highly disappointing that I am charged for a tablet I didn’t get and a line I didn’t request nor do I own a device I can use it with. I returned to the store in person and was told both would be removed from my bill and 2 weeks later my bank account was robbed with turn on fees for a nonexistent tablet and for monthly services for non used tablet that I don’t have. Big question who has it and who is using it. This is fraud and theft in my eyes.

Horrible service. He told me my phone is worth 800 and had me go get the back of my phone fixed for 115 dollars and then when I went back he claimed that he looked at deal which was 2 days old so now my phone is worth 350.Should be fired!

I can’t return the AirPods that I brought just 2days ago. This is Ridiculous, I have to keep this item that don’t even fit for me. Such a bad experience. I would pass this store and go to Apple Store.

I recently worked with Ashton getting a new phone setup for work. There were a few hurdles to get over but he was very informative, helpful and patient. A very good experience with ATT and specifically, Ashton.

Joe was absolutely 100 percent amazing! After being sent in circles trying to get our iPhone thirteens he was finally the one who helped us get it! He was honest respectful and funny! He made the shopping experience a fun one especially for getting more than 2k worth of stuff! Absolutely validated why I love at@T cell service!
