Most terrible customer service I have ever experienced! The representative has made mistake after mistake without any remorse or any unction to help. The Assistant manager told me to come back 3 days later to rectify my issue and I get there to find out that he’s out for 3 days. I wait for the store manager and she never comes back into the store. I call another store to try to find some sort of resolve or find out who can give me a manger name and I was told that he’s only concerned about his store and his customers. I am appalled and definitely will be going back to Verizon!

I went into this AT&T store and spoke with Jordan the store manager just to ask a few questions. He was able to answer everything and made me feel great. My thoughts of leaving a different cell provider I had been with for 17 years were gone. I came in a few days later and transferred my three accounts over. He even stayed an hour after closing just to make sure that everything was working correctly with all three phones. If you are looking for an upgrade on your current phone or looking for a better provider stop on in and see Jordan and his team they will treat you like family. 6/5 ⭐️

Took a friend of mine to see if they could fix her phone left her there a out 45 mins. It took the young man 19 mins to fix it. She was so happy as well as I. We talk at least 2 times a week.

I could not upgrade my phone without buying more than $20 per month of stuff I do not want: insurance and some sort of replacement package. The employee was fine, although (at the insistence of corporate, I'm sure) he kept trying to upsell me.
