“I cannot say enough about Tuffy's on Central Avenue near King Road! It started with a phone call, they were able to get me in within a half hours time for an oil change. Once in the office a young man greeted me and got me set up within minutes. I then met Tejay, manager who was so friendly, informative, and genuine. He explained that they are owned by a new company and that many improvements have been made. That is why you are seeing my review here! For instance, I learned that they offer a health inspection on cars you're looking to possibly purchase, at a decent price. As a women, that is a valuable service! I will definitely be using that in the near future. My car was finished in less than an hour thanks to Jack, the mechanic. He did a wonderful thorough job! I was amazed with the service, kindness and the transparency with everything they did.
I believe in reading reviews so you have the knowledge pertaining to the service you're being offered. This is why I write reviews, so you can give credit where credit is due! We all dread going in to have our cars worked on but I can tell you this, I had an amazing experience and I will definitely send my friends and family here! Prices are reasonable. They have an awesome team at Tuffy's on Central Avenue!!! The added bonus is you can walk next door and get a coffee or a tea while you are waiting! Thank you Tuffy's for making me feel comfortable and providing me with top rated service, which is really hard to find these days!!!”

Shop, he knew I was driving an hr away & he said just call when ur 10 mins close , I called & he answered right away & showed up to service me. I was quite impressed with how fast he got there & how quick he got me in & out. I was In desperate need of a tire and despite the time, he got me in and out with in 30 minutes, it was a rough ride there wasn’t sure I’d make it, but boy it sure was a smooth and successful ride home after leaving the shop. I will be coming to him every chance I get when somethin needs repaired on my vehicle, I’d say he’s the best around, he’s respectful understanding and punctual, he definitely knows what he’s talking about & doing. He’s well respected in the community, no matter what time it is if he’s worked a long day or not, if he’s available he’s right there to help you, he makes sure his customers leave satisfied, id recommend him to anyone , you won’t be disappointed.”

“This place is reasonable we compared prices and called around other places and decided to come here
here. The guy that works at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful.
They took photos of the issues with our car so we could see for ourselves and told us our car was unsafe to drive with the issues they found, they didn't try to sell us any repairs we didn't need at the time we just addressed the safety issues for now
They were able to fix our car same day which we are very grateful for
We will be back to get the other issues repaired

“This review is long overdue. I dropped off my car to have the brakes checked. Long story long I wasn't available when ramon called, and my husband approved a new brake booster forgetting that we had just had it replaced at AAA six months ago. I got off work and found out that we had spent the money to replace a part that was under warranty. I'll let Buckeye know that I was upset and why. So they worked very hard to get together with AAA and got the supplier to approve the part AND labor and they refunded my money. It couldn't have been better timed for us financially to have this grace. It wasn't a mistake on their part, it was a mistake on ours, but they worked really hard to help us out. Above and beyond. 5 stars!!”
“I had a lug nut stuck on my car from some previous work I had done and they were able to get me in the same day to get it off, and replace a few other swollen lug nuts as well. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and helpful, got me in and out super quick and charged very fairly! I’ll definitely be coming back for any work I need done in the future, and I would recommend this shop to anyone.”

“I was provided an estimate of $35 and one hour over the phone. I arrived to be told that because of where the tire damage was, there was a chance they couldn't fix it. 15 minutes later I was out the door with a fixed tire FOR FREE!! I've never been happier with a repair! They didn't charge because they aren't 100% sure it will stay fixed, but even if it only gets be a couple weeks so I can save up for a new tire it was still time well spent!”
