Julie is a heaven sent, while training two new employees, she managed too give me great costumer service and replace my battery and headlights. I tried to tip her but she kindly refused if I could I would give her more than 5 stars and would recommend everyone to come here for great service.

Called into shop after finding it online and thestore manager (female) said don't have the part you need but continued to reference a different part. I went in person and she still doesn't know anything about cars or customer service. Refused to sell me the part after she found it. Quit..do us car people a favor!

I just have to say, the new manager, Julie, is AWESOME!! I thought I needed a new battery and she did every test that she could on my battery n every one was showing a good battery. With the issues I was having with my vehicle, she suggested taking the positive cable off for 30 seconds to reset the computer. So far so good!! I'm so grateful she helped me because I have been there multiple times for the same problem n not 1 of the MEN working there did what she did for me today!! She saved me $200+ today because I was just gonna buy a battery n call it a day. She's definitely the 1 to look for cause it seems she knows about more things than the men.
