Dude at the cash register making jokes the whole time and not listening to the part and car that I needed. End up getting the wrong tool, costing me time and money just cuz he want to sit there and make jokes...weird

We will never come back to this store. My husband asked where something was, and the guy working simply pointed in a direction and said, "over there". My husband couldn't find whatever the guy was talking about. I will never understand why people get customer service jobs, if they don't know how to work with people.

The lady was overweight and tired from sitting there all day wouldn’t help a young girl at all. Why do they put women there if they don’t know anything about cars then she has an attitude with customers instead of just doing her job and being positive and happy to get a paycheck. …… ungrateful weird mean person 🤦🏽♀️ 🤦🏽♀️

Just needed a wiper blade. New to me used car from a dealership. Didn't notice that there was no passenger side wiper on it until I took off for an appt with a drizzle of rain today. Autozone was near my destination and I was in and out in no time at all.

I can't thank the 3 employees of this location more for helping me earlier today! Melissia, Mike and didn't see the 3rd guy's name - these 3 didn't have to go out of their way to help me but I'm so grateful to them!

I tried to return a simple 20mm socket today on 2/7 that was denied. I bought it yesterday 2/6. After trying to return it today (no receipt), I was told it couldnt be returned because it may have been taken from another location and now someone is trying to return it. The explanation makes sense initially, other than it was a credit sale with my name attached to the Cardholder Name and it could have easily been looked up in the sales report from 1 day ago.The poor review isn't because of the $8 return but because of the lack of initiative the employee had today to be helpful and offer assistance. Instead just said they couldnt do it, seemingly in order to get back to talking with other associates. It came across very disrespectfully & dismissive and I'll gladly shop at other locations from now on.
