If I could give a 0, I would. Don't buy batteries from them. They skate and refuse warranty.

Just go here first!! They can help you out with batteries, light bulbs, phone repairs, key fobs, etc. Their honest and great to work with. I buy all my vehicle batteries from them, both personal and business. I use them for my businesses boat batteries too. There not going to be the cheapest, but they are the best at what they do. I have never been disappointed yet.

I was sent here to have my screen repaired by my phone insurance. I had an appointment, they were right on time, and gave me a round about time to pick up. It was done and ready to go even before the given time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My daughter’s iPad battery started rapidly dropping once it got under 70%, almost immediately dying so we looked into getting it replaced. I took it on the morning of February 1st, and picked it up later that day. Upon pickup, the worker informed me that there was a “smudge” on the screen and they wouldn’t replace it for fear of damaging the memory board or something. I was like okay, and left frustrated since I paid over $100 on a battery and ended up leaving with another problem. My husband called and then they agreed to fix it since they’re the ones who broke it. So Saturday 2/3 the iPad was taken in for screen replacement. For some reason that didn’t work out, so the new screen would be in 2/6. They called me 2/8 saying the screen was in, but I got the flu so we didn’t end up taking it in until 2/13 and picked it up later that day. A few days later, I noticed there are black marks where paint has been scratched, probably during replacement, and the corner of the iPad is gouged up like it has been dropped, which isn’t from us because it has always been in a case. Then today, 3 months later, the screen now has a black line down it.

They broke my gear shift and won't pay the actual cost for the repair.I came in to have a spare key made. The employee tasked with making my key got the new key stuck in my ignition and it took him over an hour to get it out of my car ignition during which he laid across my gear shift. I saw him doing it. And when I returned (cause they let me leave without telling me he broke it) the same employee who did it was the only one in the front. I told him he broke my gear shift and he didn't ask to look at it. Just went and got the manager. The manager never asked to look at it. But didn't disagree that the kid broke it. He tried to take some responsibility for it and offered to order the part. But expected me to return to pick up the part from him, take it to my mechanic and pay for the labor. But again they never even looked at the broken gear shift so they already knew the kid broke it and didn't say anything to me before I left the first time. They let me drive up the road until I figured out that I couldn't park my car because the button on the gear shift no longer releases because it's cracked. So then I had to drive back and report the problem. They say they don't cover plastic parts breaking. I can understand that if they opened up my old key and broke the plastic tabs holding it together or something. But I didn't give them permission to work on my ignition much less my gear shift. They were only supposed to be in my car to test the new key.In the end, he refunded me for my replacement key and I got to keep that. But it was only $140 and my mechanic says the repair is going to cost more like $300. Manager here says it shouldn't be that much but didn't have a recommendation on where I should take it for the pricing he quoted. Just because he thinks it should be cheaper, doesn't make it true.I'm also really nervous that the key is going to get stuck again. Manager kept saying it just happens in cars from time to time. I've owned a lot of cars and never had that problem. I've definitely never had it happen in this car before today. After the repair my original key seemed a little difficult to get out a couple times tonight. Hopefully it's nothing but after all this, it seems like it's likely to be something else I will need repaired that they will refuse to pay for. After I left and processed all this, I realized, they never looked at the broken part of my car. I never told them exactly what was broken. I just said my gear shift. But they gave me the correct part number for only the button on the gear shift, which is exactly what was broken. So clearly they knew it was broken before they let me leave the first time and just hoped I wouldn't notice?Oh and they never called when the new key arrived. They said it would take a few days and they would call me when it arrived. After 2.5 weeks, I called and they went to check. They got back on the phone and said that it was in but it was the wrong key and they would have to return it and get the correct one. I said I understood but asked why they didn't do that before I called? Why did it take me calling to make you get the right part? The guy on the phone literally said nothing. Not a denial or a generic apology for the delay. Literally said nothing. I have no idea why they have so many 5* reviews. No one here seems to have any customer service skills. The manager was friendly when buying something from him but not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" when they got the key stuck (which made me wait over 3x the quoted repair time) or when they broke a part of my car that they were not supposed to touch. The rest of the staff didn't seem to have any customer service skills at all.

Great service. I was able to get a car key duplicated for less than half of what it would've cost at the dealership
