“Super stars!!! I was traveling and after about 8 hours of driving from Virginia my battery started to smell. When I was able pull over and check the battery, it was 500 degrees. I called the local BMW shop and they gave me the cold shoulder. I called Battery Wholesale and they verified they had the right battery and even helped me replace it. No issues, simply great people. “Oreilleys staff at this location is always extremely helpful. Selection isn't always good and it can be difficult to find what your looking for if someone isn't available to help. The store arrangement doesn't make much sense. However if you can't find what you're looking for they'll generally be able to get it for you within a couple of days.”

“I have been a customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts for many years. Most recently I purchased brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Everything I needed was in stock and reasonably priced (based upon prices obtained from two other stores). I was unable to have these installed, as the weather was below freezing, so I needed to return everything I had purchased. The clerk was very understanding, and I was refunded in full with no restocking fee. I will continue to use O'Reilly Auto Parts for any automotive needs.”
