Worst experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I dropped his truck off this morning at 9:15 am, we asked to get a diagnostic on his truck for an oil sensor. The service is something we decided to do on our own after hearing the estimate so we asked for a tire rotation while we were there since our tires are form belle tire. They said it woke be a long time till they get to it. We called them around 6:00 to see if there was an update and they hadn’t gotten to the truck so at 7:00 when we STILL didn’t hear an update we called and they said it was ready. From my perspective, I feel like we were pushed to the back of the line because we weren’t getting a more expensive service. When he walked in to pick up the truck the employee was so beyond rude and snappy to him and rudely gave him his paperwork and he paid.Can confidently say, I will not be returning to this business due to lack of respect of our time, money. The customer service and disrespect we received was completely unacceptable.

Finally a business I can give a GOOD review to. They got me in despite being fully booked for the evening and completed my tire replacement as committed before they closed. How refreshing to experience good customer service with no excuses about staffing issues!

Very disappointed in belle tire . After taking my car here to get my brakes done, I noticed that my door had a dent in it with fresh paint still on it from whatever hit it. They refused to fix it. Telling me they did not do it . Very unsatisfying! And I will never go back to this place

I used to love this place, it was our go-to shop for years, but I won’t be coming back after today. Brought my new Yukon Denali Ultimate in to get a tire replacement (nail puncture). Had an appointment at 11:30 and it finally got in at 12:14. Appears to be full crew (7 in shop area, 2 in front) and 2 other customers waiting. But the delay isn’t the worst of it, it’s watching 2 workers get inside front and back seats and rummage around looking through things (or so it appears from watching through the shop windows). I know it’s pretty but come on, would you want someone doing it to your new car? Respect! I told someone at the front desk and he went out and asked about it. Apparently they were looking for the wheel lock, though I handed it to them with the keys. Not cool! And ya, I’m still waiting.

They were honest and straightforward with me about what was wrong with my car. Reasonably priced, fast and friendly. I regret taking my car to any other mechanic, and I will be making Belle Tire my mechanic from here on out. Thank you Belle Tire for fixing my car!

My wife went (without me) to purchase a tire for her car. When she returned, I noticed that the tire has a bunch of flashing on the side of it. It was the worst new tire I've ever seen. If I were a tire store, I would've been embarrassed to have that kind of product go out my door. I guess that's what happens when you're not there to look over someone's shoulder.
