This was one of my best car buying experiences. From the start, the dealership responded quickly. No stupid chatbots or automated responses filling up my inbox. They had a better selection of used cars than any local dealership so I made the 2 plus hour drive there. Chris Miller did a great job and had the three cars I was interested in lined up and waiting for me when I got there. He also did not ride with me when I test drove them which is much appreciated. There is nothing more annoying than trying to look over a used car with a salesperson in your ear asking a bunch of questions. The condition of the cars was above average. I was able to get through finance in no time! Chris even helped me load the car on the trailer to take it home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to experience how a dealership should treat their customers.

We were impressed with Logan as our dealer. We originally went there to just look and get an idea of what we can get. Logan had answered all of our questions and set us up with a car what seemed like just minutes. He was very personable and we'd ask for his assistance the next time we buy another BMW. We appreciate everything he did and what Mason did for us to get us in a car.

I spent close to two months searching for a 22 X3 m40i, and when one came up ~600 miles away I was a bit hesitant about finalizing a deal before seeing the car. Jayme did a great job navigating me through the process and answering countless questions about the history of the vehicle. When I came there I was surprised as to how accurate everything was and I could not find a single discrepancy. Brennan in finance did an amazing job walking me through all of the warranty and maintenance options, which was really helpful for me as a first time BMW owner.Overall have nothing but pleasant things to say about my experience. I really appreciate the transparency of the market based model and it was well worth the 8 hour drive to Toledo!

This is not a normal Dealership! I have a collection of over 30 cars and this Dealership goes Above and Beyond what I have ever experienced at any dealership nationwide. Chris and Brennan are class acts, I bought a BMW sight unseen and had it shipped from Ohio to NY. The car is great, but the Transaction, Transparency, Communication, and Deal that I received will keep me coming back as a life long customer.

This dealership was an answer to my prayers! I found BMW of Toledo online 4 days after I totaled my favorite car, a 2014 Red on Red Sarah Wrangler. They had a 2022 Red Wrangler, just under 17,000 Miles, at a wonderful price, I fell in love with. Jayme McBride answered my call, and I asked him, "What's wrong with it, why is it priced so low?" He said they price them to sell, not to set. He kept in touch with me, helping me through the process.This Jeep when it arrived looked brand new! Clean, Polished, and perfect. Thank you to Jayme McBride and Mason for the smooth delivery to my door in Kansas!! This Dealership and the new Wrangler far surpasses my expectations.

Yark Bmw Service center is completely incompetent, do not own up to their faults. Yark bmw of toledo has had my bmw since September it is now Nov and every other conversation there is a price increase and now we are close to ten thousand. All the way from two thousand, even my warranty company has said Enough! How do major components keep breaking under their watch???? Even the warranty company went from approval of work to denying Any work because they won't Stop with "now this needs to be fixed",. I say 'how"?, how, how, how??? BMW service has made me lose complete faith in their integrity, competence and truthfulness. I have been a BMW owner for two decades and have only always had my car serviced by bmw. How is something in working order go to non working order and they expect me to cover the cost, all whilst car is in their possession? Either the mechanic is incompetent or the reps is a shark. Which is it? More to come later.....

I was very impressed with the service methods at BMW Toledo. The video capturing the condition of my car was as extremely helpful and comforting. Fortunately nothing major was wrong. Service didn’t pressure me to repair what was identified. Thank you Toledo I’m now confident to face our winter.

I called BMW because my car totally quit starting/running. Spoke with a scheduler and she was unable to get me in with a loaner before Nov. 13th. I asked if I could get in sooner without a loaner. She referred me to Kyle the service manager. Kyle told me to get the car in and he will get it in between appointments. I had the car towed. It was done a full 7 days before the 13th. The service was excellent and professional. I had no transportation but Kyle had me picked up as necessary. It was a pleasant experience.

Customer service has not been lost at BMW Toledo, like it has in so many other areas in the service industry. Steve Messinger helped put me into my 3rd BMW from this store spanning a 30 year period. His communication, patience, and knowledge is excellent and his personality reduces the stress of the entire car buying experience. Mason Bryan in the finance office made closing the deal super easy and found me the best interest rate for me. I would strongly urge anyone in a 50 mile radius to consider driving to Toledo to enjoy the outstanding customer service at Yark BMW of Toledo and to test drive the "ultimate driving machine".

I was on vacation from California. My BMW X5 told me it needed to have an oil change done so I showed up at the dealership. They helped me instantly and got me out of the way and done and down on the road within an hour and a half I was extremely happy. .

I own a bmw 7 series. The service center in Toledo is horible. I have lived in other areas and loved the customer support. Its one reason I keep buying bmw cars. But the toledo location is terrible. The only way to schedule an appointment is online because ever time i call they hang up on me or send me to a service rep voice mail and i never get a call back when I leave a message. If you have an emergency or need an oil change you have to wait a month to get your vehicle in for service. Which means you could potentially damage your car while you wait to get your car in. I suggest if your in the Toledo Ohio area don't buy a bmw unless you don't care about getting your car serviced. You would think for how much you pay for a bmw you would get better service than a Ford dealership. Think again.
