Customer service is extremely poor. Recently bought a new phone upgrade, and they activated the phone without it being able to update so for the whole day I had no phone could not receive calls, I spent the whole day trying to update the phone I come back to the store and she “fixes” it without even explaining what was wrong or what happened. I had to stand there for long period of time, I asked for a free case for the inconvenience she said I could exchange the one I bought so I had to go back home and get the case the next day I bring the case only to find this lady is not there so the other representative who was there! When I came back the second time was the only one at the store she says I can’t exchange it since I didn’t tell you that you have to wait until the other lady comes in meanwhile I don’t know this lady’s name nor would I know when she comes in. Two light skin lady’s they look like sisters. Curly hair in buns, very unprofessional! Will NEVER do business at that location again! They are running games.

Lousy customer service. I'm not sure, but I believe the employees at this store may be racist. I called the store and asked if they had a specific phone, that I was looking for. The woman told me yes and to come into the store. I got there twenty minutes later and I went to the counter. Then I was told that they did not have the phone that I was there to get. So the only thing I can think of is that I was either lied to or that it was a matter of race.
