I went to this boost store like I have for years I upgraded my phone told him I wanted to do the boost up like I have for years he said well it’s not called boost up anymore it’s called something else I’m new let me call my manager to help me do it ok that’s fine he told her what I wanted she said it’s not boost up anymore but it is the same thing ok we set it up I give my old phone to my son because he broke his I said now it will be added to my bill every month everything is the same he said yes she also said yes ok they waighted till it was all said and done to tell me the phone was $299.99 it was not posted anywhere the phone said $600.00 on everything so next days comes I get an email with a contract from the company they work with instead of boost up I was to pay $40.10 every two weeks they were charging me the $600.00 for the phone and on top of that the company was charging me $649.99 for renters fees tf I go back to the store that day the guy wasn’t there it was some girl and her baby working told come back the next day Saturday I went 3 times they never opened the store that day so I call boost get the run around you have to deal with the person u got the phone from it took me every day for over 2 months going to this store for him to be working again and he blew me off I can’t do anything about it I said well first you could have told me I could have just paid $300 and got the phone second you could have told me the truth that it was nothing like the boost up or that I will be paying for the phone and a renters fee that’s more then the phone I would have never done that at all then I could have chose a monthly payment when u first signed me up but because u didn’t want to tell me anything at all just have me think it’s the same as what I have been doing for years you set it all up and I get a contract I did not sign at all in my email the only time I signed anything is when I signed for my credit card and y took that signature and out it in the contract he said well I can’t help you you can leave now and got on his phone ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE GIVING PEOPLE FAKE AIRPODS TOO I was going to get my son some he said well u get a pair with your phone he had a big box behind him he grabbed them out of handed them to me the box says they are but u open them they are fake u try to connect them it says they are fake you look up the numbers on them they are fake I have been with boost to long for this crap I’m looking in to switching all of the phone on my line because my youngest will be added he wants his first phone but I’m not going threw scams with boost and lied to then told even calling boost they can’t do anything about it I’m done

I went to two different Lucas county public library to get glasses for the solar eclipse and no one had I came to my local boost Mobile store and the nice man Rod help me get glasses for my daughter and myself.. THANK YOU FOR HELPING SAVE THE DAY.. YOU ROCK?? ?????????
