Had a great experience here, helped me get some resolutions on some of the issues pertaining my phone that it wasn’t even their fault. The lady was so patient and helpful advocating for me. Thank you and I hope one day I will come to upgrade my phone again.

I do not care much for Boost Mobile, every so often they have a good deal, but lately it seem zero kind of expensive and the people that work there don't seem to know a whole lot about the phones. The worst thing at Boost Mobile is trying to stay connected. Half the time your phone doesn't work. Other than all of those things, it's not too bad of a store.

Got to the store to get a new service.Guy behind the counter: you gotta do that onlineMe: okGo home, after finding out you can't do it online and calling.Customer service: You have to visit one of stores in person to do that sir....Me: ????????Customer service sucks for boost!!!
