I came into this boost location and was helped by a gentleman by the name of Ab. I was there for about an hour and I saw how he was really excellent at his job. Very friendly, professional, cool personality and was amazing at multi-tasking and giving excellent customer services with about 5-6 that came into the shop, while I was there. This guy is definitely an asset to his boss. Thank you, Ab! Highly recommend 10/10

MAKE SURE TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO PAY VS WHAT THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU!!!
Guy in store was really nice and friendly. We had to wait a while because he was helping 2 people switch over and would help other people who came in for quick things, which is fine. Only 1 person working, nothing more he can do. But, he overcharged us. We got a email about upgrading our phones - $99.99 each. He said he wasn’t sure about that price, his were $169 but he’d scan the phones and look and then show us what the screen said. We said fine. When he finally got to us, he scanned the phones and didn’t say anything about the price or show us anything, just started opening the phones. So, I figured, cool, must be $99.99 like the email said, otherwise he’d obviously say something. For 2 phones at $99.99, it would be $199.98 and with tax the total would be $215.48. But he charged us $335. So he charged us $119.52 more than we were supposed to pay. After I thought about it, I realized how off that total was. I would love to look at my receipt to see a breakdown of charges to see how he got to that total. Even if there were some random charges like upgrade fees, $119.52 more is crazy! But the receipt was just some basic credit card receipt with no info on it at all. I’m happy with my phone. Whatever, dude got $100 extra bucks. But I’ll never go back there to buy another phone. If you do, definitely make sure to pay careful attention to what you’re supposed to pay and what they charge you!

In my experience, Boost was very very slow, even having the most expensive plan. However the people at this branch are very friebdly and I've known others who've used boost and had no problem. I'd say if you go with boost come here, but my problem was never resolved.

This is the best boost store to go to the nice Arabic gentleman is easy to talk to friendly and also helps accommodate any needs you might have! They didn’t have the phone I wanted in store so he ordered them and called me when they where delivered and he even order the cases that I wanted to I can’t remember his name or I would put on the review but I think he’s the best sales man they have and the store is always clean plus it smells nice when he works there
