I schedule an appointment and was very happy with my random pick of a hair salon. The ladies that work there are very nice and it was just a great atmosphere. I was super happy with my haircut/bangs. I was super nervous about it, but again people there made it a great experience :)Definitely will keep my business there.10/10!!!

Amazing experience at Bratt Salon! The prices were awesome. I'm blown away by the color. Got a tutorial on how to style my thick textured hair. Great culture and excellent service. Your hair is in great hands at Bratt salon!

Love this salon. Hailey is the best get your hair colored by her. She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. The staff is very knowledgeable about all the products and will take care of you.

I received a haircut from Jess a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience! I reached out via Facebook and booked that way no problem. I was cutting a lot of hair and they even asked if I wanted to donate my hair, which I think is great to offer customers who are donating a lot of hair! Also had good conversations the whole appointment. Will be coming back.

Poor customer service - I TRIED to "use this business."I chose this salon after reading reviews which many of them were positive. I used their "Book online" button and that is where everything fell apart. I chose "soonest" and "with anyone." Several appointments with "Katrina Quinna" were available for today. I thought "that's weird there would be so many openings" but verified it thrice over. The price of the service was even attached: $40.I decided to check their Facebook page.I discovered Katina just passed her boards 6 days ago which made me go "Ah! That's why [she had openings]." I didn't take issue with her recent license at all and was looking forward to starting a relationship with the stylist and salon..... except that's not what happened.I showed up to the salon... and an empty parking lot. I tried the door, it was locked, and all the lights were out inside. However, it was clear the place was still in use. I called their number and got voice mail... and u can bet I left a message.I decided to go back to their booking tab to see if the other open spots were taken bcuz if not I was going to schedule for later in the day. Despite having earlier checked it three times over the appointment times and the stylist's name had disappeared from the site. It definitely was once there -- otherwise I would had neither known the stylists' last name nor the price..... isnt that correct salon owner should u actually be reading the reviews?I understand mistakes but I didn't even get as much as a text saying "sorry, a mistake was made on our part, part of our booking agent, etc." My phone number & email were both supplied but not one word..... However, I' betting they'll find my email address easily when wanting to flood it with various offers since I succumbed to the "check if it's ok to send to your email...." act many of these places do.I wasted time & gas traveling to the shop when I could have been exploring more options. The fact she was listed for appts and all disappeared an hour or two after I scheduled gives the appearance someone realized a mistake was made & removed all the appts but couldn't be bothered to call the customer. I was really hoping to start an ongoing relationship with this salon but if that's their "customer service" I'll have to move on to somewhere else. It's just too bad I can't charge THEM the same $35 cancellation fee they indicate they would charge us if we demonstrated the same no call no show no notification behavior.No... I will not be returning for service. I'm afraid of their response should it ever occur where something is not properly done.Since I can't figure out how to respind to the below comment I will put it here. NO I AM NOT "LISA." I booked an appointment using the "book online" button that still comes up with the Google search. This was done same day a couple of hours b4 you opened. The information in the reviews and MY PHONE MESSAGE should had told you I AM NOT LISA. Different circumstances and different voice (or maybe Lisa sounds like me but doubt it.)It's continued poor service when you make excuses such as is below. Currently your online sceduling shows one stylist as having an open schedule on several days. Either someone messed up with the online scheduling or a bug is in the system--- but instead of reviewing the fact there is at least one more person who experienced your scheduling difficulties you but blame on the consumer as being vindictive.PS - I found same day service at another independent non-chain salon. Perhaps look into the online scheduling instead of blaming what was going to be a potential customer.

My baby wanted to do a pixy cut we have curly hair finding someone who works with curly hair is not alway easy, Wendy far exceeded my expectations I love her hair and so does she I’m so excited because it was such a jump from where it was. She made the transition easy and took the time to make my baby feel comfortable with everything my child has high anxiety and Wendy talked her down many time. Would highly recommend her services

I got my hair washed, trimmed, & styled here & it was amazingly relaxing & educational as well. Wendy took GREAT care of me & helped me learn more about what I need to do to take care of my hair from home too. This salon is so clean & ran by two women who KNOW hair.
