“We did not have an appointment, so I felt like I was an inconvenience being there at first. But we made the best of it. The staff was nice. The Man that was there at the time (I wish I knew his name) he was amazing, Made us feel so welcome. After the first 5 minutes the other Lady that was there seemed to be ok. Maybe she was worried about her appointment time coming in a little after we got there. We did purchase a dress and it was the one that she suggested, which was amazing. “I took my wedding dress to Zina's to have sleeves added after the company I bought my dress from would not add sleeves for me. It was difficult with the neckline of my dress, but Zina and her team were able to add the sleeves and worked so hard to get it completed for me. My zipper also broke somewhere along the way during these fittings and they replaced it with a heavy duty zipper and worked extremely hard to get it done on time. I am so happy with the results of my wedding dress and am so appreciative of the hard work that they put into my dress. My sister and grandmother also had their dresses altered here for my wedding and those were great as well!”

“When I first bought my dress, I unfortunately had a very negative experience. I was working with Aubrey (who no longer works there), who was more focused on making a sale than truly helping me as a customer. She made the entire experience very awkward and rushed. I was lied to that the dress I purchased could easily be altered down multiple sizes without being extra cost, and that they had an in-house seamstress (who I later found out was on leave at the time).

months later after losing over 50 pounds and down from a size 22 to a 14, I reached out to Brooke and explained the situation and how I felt misled, and how I’m having a lot of trouble finding a seamstress. She was very understanding, and she made things right by giving me store credit so I could get a new dress in my size. It saved me from being out over a thousand dollars and having to start over again at a different place!
Brooke truly cares about her brides and went above and beyond to fix a situation that could have left me very disappointed. I’m extremely grateful for her, she’s an amazing owner!”
